I try to remain actively involved in supporting my local community. Most recently, I volunteered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a national nonprofit dedicated to building and delivering beds to children in need. Being part of an effort that ensures no child has to sleep on the floor was both humbling and meaningful as I got to meet the families. Through this experience, I was able to work alongside other volunteers, use my practical skills to make a direct impact, and contribute to restoring comfort and dignity to some families.
