I try to live by strong values and stay true to who I am, even when it isn’t easy. I believe in being honest, fair, and treating people with respect and dignity—always. I take responsibility for my actions, own my mistakes, and do the work to make things right.
I lead with empathy. I listen before judging, help when I can, and do my best to show up for people—especially those who may not have the ability or voice to advocate for themselves. Inclusivity matters to me, and I work to make sure the spaces I’m part of feel respectful, safe, and welcoming.
Balance is important too. I believe good work comes from a healthy place, so I make room for rest, relationships, and personal well-being.
Loyalty, empathy, accountability, and inclusion guide how I live, how I lead, and how I show up every day.
